April 10k Step Challenge

And the winner is …. ROXANNE MORGAN!!

Since none of the April Challenge Athletes followed instructions, the S3 Athlete with the most days completing the 10k steps was Roxanne with 27 days. She accomplished 10k steps every day of eligibility for the month of April! CONGRATS ROXANNE!!

April Challenge

The Challenge: Accumulate 10,000 steps/day at least 5 days a week.

Challenge Dates: April 3rd - April 30th.

Scoring: Score a checkmark if you completed your 10,000 steps that day. You cannot make up for past days by doing extra , so get it in at least 5 days a week! We consider a week as Monday through Sunday .

** On April 30th, there will be a separate score where you note if you successfully completed the challenge each week throughout the month. **This must be completed in order to win 1st place!

Tips:

  • You can accumulate your steps any way you like, but we highly encourage you to get most of your steps outside and walk with someone else, if possible. This gets the added health benefits of sun exposure, fresh air, vitamin D, and building relationships, community, and purpose with one another. Great things happen when we walk together outside!

  • Any fitness tracker, app, watch, etc. works for the challenge! We just want the steps counted and achieved! If you don’t have access to counting steps, we will consider 1 mile = 2,000 steps, so 5 miles = 10,000 steps)
