Accumulate 90 seconds of hanging from the rig while keeping your core tight and in the hollow position. This can be completed with one 90 second hang, or a combination of hangs until the full 90 seconds are reached.
If you are unable to make it into S3, find something to hang from where your feet do not touch and you can stay in the hollow position.
In the comments section of each day, record the number of attempts it took to reach the 90 seconds
