Challenge Dates: July 3 - July 28
Scoring: Score a checkmark if you complete the task that day. You cannot make up for past days by doing extra, so get in every day of the challenge.
On July 28th, there will be a separate score where you note if you successfully completed the challenge every day throughout the month.
Did you successfully complete the July Mobility Challenge? Look through your scores and see if you completed the 5-minute squat hold every day between July 3rd and 28th. If you did, log a checkmark below, and give yourself a pat on the back ! Awesome job! Hopefully, your mobility improved and you're moving better.
