HOW IS THIS TRACKED / WHERE CAN I SEE THIS:
We’re using the workout track in Wodify called S3 Monthly Challenge. You can use this to log your scores in Wodify. If you need help finding where to go in Wodify, click on this link for help: /wodify

DATES : The challenge will run from January 5th through January 31st, 2023.

LOGGING : S3 Athletes will log points earned each day as “reps” in the S3 Monthly Challenge track. Please also list your point breakdown in your scoring notes each day. On January 31st, you will add up and submit your total score for the challenge.

HOW TO EARN POINTS:

  • Attend a class at S3: 1 point per class attended . No Cap on daily points. Attend 2 classes and earn 2 points.

  • Hit the intended stimulus in the class workout (finish the workout within the intended target time/rounds): 1 point . If you are attending the Stamina class or Boot Camp class, ask your coach if you finished the workout with the intended stimulus based on your ability.

  • Complete the programmed cooldown/mobility stretching for the day: 1 point . If you are attending the Stamina class or Boot Camp class, ask your coach for a cooldown/mobility stretch after class. This can be done any time that day at the gym, from home, or anywhere

  • Hydration: drink a minimum of half your body weight (in pounds) in ounces of water per day: earn 1 point . Ex: if you weigh 160 pounds, drink at least 80 ounces of water that day to earn a point. Water mixed into other things (coffee, protein shakes, etc. does not count)

  • Recovery: sleep a minimum of 8 hours: 1 point . Sleep recovery from the night before.

  • Schedule and complete your free InBody scan: 10 points (max 10 points for January). If you completed you InBody scan in December, then you have earned 10 points for January.
