When did you first discover CrossFit?

Over the years I have worked out in many different gyms and in many different styles. From HIIT classes and Training for Warriors to Functional Training and Bootcamps. What I love about CrossFit S3 is that you can get it all. It’s a great community!


What is your go-to cheat meal?

Pizza


What's your favorite CrossFit movement?

Box Jumps!! I love love love box jumps :)
