Program Details & Description

In this class, the coach will lead you through a dynamic warmup and go over the movements in both the skill and the workout while providing a number of scaling/modification options for you.

Fusion of strength and technique, challenging athletes to lift heavy weights with precision and power
Running, rowing, and jump rope, provide essential conditioning and stamina-building elements
Powerlifting techniques and movements, such as the squat, bench press, and deadlift
Athletes encourage and motivate each other, leading to camaraderie, shared goals, and a strong sense of belonging
