Sarah Faske - Nutrition Coach
Sarah grew up competing in both gymnastics and dance. Her love for fitness carried her through college where she graduated from UNCC with a bachelors in Exercise Science and then from UNCG with a master in Exercise Physiology. During her freshman year of undergrad, Sarah was introduced to the sport of CrossFit. She quickly found her passion for coaching. Now CF-L2 certified, she loves to help people understand movement and become more aware of their bodies andwhat it is capable of.
Then food came into the picture: there was a period in Sarah’s life where she found control in food, but in reality it was in control of her. It left her with a strong desire to empower people with the ability to find freedom through food, fitness, and lifestyle. It sparked her interest and fascination around nutrition; not only its ability to impact athletic performance and aesthetics, but everyday LIFE (energy, sleep, mood, hormones, etc.).
Continuing to follow her passion and fulfill her purpose, Sarah is on a mission to build as many independent humans as possible. She is dedicated to helping YOU feel your best, look your best, and live your best.
