Getting Started
STEP # 1
The “Free Intro Workout” is held every Saturday morning at 10:30 am and it serves as the first introductory step to our program.
* Come give us a try without any commitment.
* Classes are fixed, and limited to 10 people and fill up fast.
* Email info@crossfits3.com to sign up and reserve your spot.
This class is universally scaleable for everyone. It is a simple introduction to what we do. You will learn about us as we introduce a variety of new movements to you. We will then take those new skills and put them to practice in a workout.
This class is always taught by one of our certified trainers that will adapt any of the exercises to accommodate your level of fitness.
The class is designed to simply show you who we are, what we are about and why we are different from everyone out there.

STEP # 2
There are 2 options when joining our CrossFit program. These programs are mandatory and the foundations of our product.
A) FOUNDATIONS PROGRAM (#1 Recommended)
*COST – $125
This 4 week program is specifically designed to gradually ramp up your bodies ability to accept this new stimulus and style of training. Each session will build on the previous, preparing you for our complete product.
You will learn basic movement patterns, proper technique and fundamental lifts which will build the base for your future.
On top of this you will be introduced to basic nutritional advice and general awareness towards healthy lifestyle choices.
This class meets 2x per week for 4 weeks every Monday and Wednesday at 6:00pm.
All 8 sessions must be completed before moving on to our regular “CROS3FIT” class schedule. The program starts every other Monday.
If you miss any of the 8 sessions within the 4 week cycle, we will require a commitment into a current membership option of your choosing. With that being said, you still will need to complete your missed sessions before entering into our regular class. We realize this may create some overlapping within the program, nothing to worry about. It will only strengthen your technique and overall knowledge. Also, the coaching staff will have the ability to intensify these repeated sessions. Each session includes individual skills that are essential to our program. Safety and persistency is our main goal.
During these 4 weeks we also encourage our new clients to participate in our “Saturday Team Workouts.” They take place each Saturday at either 8:30am or 9:30am. This will help introduce them to our community as they build towards the regular classes.
B) “ONE ON ONE” Foundations (4 session minimum)
* Cost $240 for 4 sessions
If the On-Ramp class schedule does not work for you, or you would prefer a more fast-tracked introduction through the foundation program, this package might be for you.
We still ask you to limit this to 2x per week for two weeks. This also will allow time for the body to adapt to its new work load. We do not recommend this for beginners. This program is specifically set aside for people with serious time constraints or advanced athletes.
You will learn all the fundamental movement patterns and lifts which will prepare you for class.
If at the end of the four sessions we feel you are not ready for the full blown schedule, we may suggest you extend your “one on one” commitment until we feel comfortable with you moving to the group classes.
